• Wash condenser coil.

• Check indoor blower motor, belts, and pulleys.

• Check the outdoor condenser blower motor and fan blades.

• Check the indoor air handler, evaporator coil and condenser coil.

• Check the indoor evaporator pan for drainage and blow out drain.

• Check the cooling thermostat, fan switch and temperature operation.

• Check the condensate pump operation and discharge line. (There is no guarantee implied that the unit will continue to operate properly.)

• Check refrigerant pressures, low side and high side.

• Check the compressor

• Check the filters. (Replacement filters are not included and will be charged additionally.)

• Check the filter dryers.

• Check all electrical connections and disconnects.

• Check the capacitor.

• Check and operate the system.

Note: Parts and repairs are not included in the service maintenance check.

Gas Furnace or Heat Pump 

(Fall)

$85.00 per unit

• Check the blower motor, belts, and pulleys.

• Check the exhaust motor.

• Visual check of the heat exchanger.

• Check the complete ignition systems operation.

• Clean the burners, pilot assemblies and electronic ignition parts.

• Adjust the airflow on the burners.

• Check the fan limit controls.

• Check the gas valve and manifold pressure.

• Check the filters. (Replacement filters are not included and will be charged additionally)

• Check flue piping.

• Check thermostat and its operation.

• Check low voltage wiring connections and line voltage connections to the equipment.

• Check the service disconnects.

• Perform CO Check

• Wash condenser coil (heat pumps only)

• Final check and operate the system.
